The villa is located in an urbanization close to beaches and shops. It is only 650 m from the nearest supermarket and 1.7 km from the sandy beach. Calpe center is 3.8 km away.

Upstairs: 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds and en-suite shower room). 1 double bedroom (with double bed and bathroom/shower room, access to the terrace).
