The GROUND FLOOR of this beautiful villa welcomes you with a spacious living-dining room equipped with SAT/DTT TV, air conditioning and an exciting pool table for entertainment. Here you will find a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two additional bedrooms with two single beds each, one with an en-suite bathroom and shower, offer comfort and privacy. This floor is completed by a separate bathroom with a shower.







The UPPER FLOOR presents a bright living room with SAT/DTT TV, air conditioning and a dining room with panoramic views of Calpe. The fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and ceramic hob, invites you to explore your culinary skills. On this floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Accessing the terrace from the kitchen, you will find stairs that will take you to another bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, as well as a room with a washing machine.
