Splendid villa located in Calpe, on the Costa Blanca, ideal for accommodating up to 14 guests. The property offers seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, distributed over two floors connected by internal stairs, providing spacious and comfortable accommodation.



On the ground floor, the villa features a large living-dining room with air conditioning, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and gas hob, offering everything needed for meal preparation. On this floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. There is also a separate bathroom with shower.



The upper floor offers five bedrooms: three bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and one bedroom with two single beds. This floor is completed by two separate bathrooms with showers, ensuring comfort for all guests.



Outside, the villa boasts a private 9x4 metre swimming pool with Roman steps and an outdoor shower, perfect for enjoying sunny days. The artificial grass area surrounding the pool provides a pleasant space to relax. A built-in barbecue is also available for outdoor meals and social gatherings.



The villa is located in the quiet Urbanización Carrió, 3.5 km from the centre of Calpe, 2.3 km from the sandy beach and 2.2 km from the nearest supermarket, combining tranquillity with easy access to services.



Additional features include free WiFi and the possibility to bring pets up to 12 kg for a small extra charge.

Excelente estancia y rapidez de reacción de la agencia

La casa es muy cómoda. Tuvimos una pequeña incidencia con la depuradora la primera noche, pero la agencia respondió enviando un operario en las dos horas posteriores al aviso. También pedimos tijeras de cocina y enseguida trajeron 2 pares de tijeras sin estrenar. Como punto de mejora se agradecería algo más de equipamiento en fungibles, por ejemplo detergente de lavadora o de vajilla, así como gel o jabón de manos en los cuartos de baño.
