This spectacular property has a private pool and capacity for up to 22 people, distributed in one bedroom and four bathrooms spread across three apartments on two independent floors, connected by elegant exterior stairs.





    INSIDE:



    On the GROUND FLOOR, you will enjoy a spacious living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV, air conditioning and access to the covered terrace and the impressive pool. The fully equipped independent kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic hob will allow you to prepare delicious meals. Two bedrooms with two single beds each, and two bedrooms with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, providing comfort and privacy. In addition, you will find a separate bathroom with a bathtub. The hallway has air conditioning for your comfort.





    The UPPER FLOOR is made up of two independent apartments:





    APARTMENT 1: A cozy living-dining room connected to a fully equipped independent kitchen. Three bedrooms with double beds and another bedroom with two single beds, accompanied by a separate bathroom with a bathtub. The hallway has air conditioning for a pleasant atmosphere.







    APARTMENT 2: An equipped independent kitchen, an elegant living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV, three bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a separate shower. In addition, it has a toilet. The hallway also has air conditioning for your comfort.
