Welcome to our charming holiday villa in Calpe, Costa Blanca, designed to offer you an unforgettable experience by the sea. This wonderful villa, ideal for 8 people spread over 2 independent floors, offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms for your comfort.
Inside, you will find a warm and comfortable atmosphere. On the GROUND FLOOR, a living room with kitchen and air conditioning invites you to relax, with a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower. On the MAIN FLOOR, you will access a dining room and a large living room with Sat/DTT TV, access to a covered terrace with partial sea and pool view. Additionally, enjoy a fully equipped open kitchen overlooking the living room. Two bedrooms with double beds, each with air conditioning. An independent bathroom with shower and another en suite with bathtub.
The exterior is a haven of relaxation with numerous privacy areas. Dive into the 8x4 swimming pool, relax in the beautiful garden or enjoy a delicious barbecue in the covered terrace area with all its comfort.
