"The location is what makes this property great! The only drawback was the smell of the old carpet and some of the blinds were broken and windows were difficult to open and close. If the house had new flooring it would make a world of difference. I don’t mind the look of the old carpet and paneling, it reminds me of grandma’s house in 1976, but the smell was unpleasant. The house is obviously old and has been through some renovations through the years which adds character. Views were wonderful, kitchen well equipped and communication was great. The one bathroom wasn’t too bad with 10 people. The loft area is nice for kids, but probably tight for adults. Overall we loved our vacation."

"The house is very clean and bigger than it looks in the photos. We had more than enough space, and the location is great for exploring the Keweenaw. We had everything we needed for preparing meals at the house."
