"Starting with hotel in general , its 4 star and lives up to 4 star. Clean, well maintained, polite and professional staff. Great food! breakfast lunch and dinner buffets are excellent. If you like cake you will love this hotel :-) Very close the beach and the town centre. Car rental place right next door very convenient. The only downside was the standard of the room cleaners. With a 4 star hotel the expectation for a room clean is high, floors mopped,hoovering, dusting. we found we had to ask the reception twice to get our room done as expected. When it was done it was done well, but we shouldnt have to ask. That aside this was a nice stay and we would come again."

"The Hotel is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a blocked shower our first night and it got fixed within 15 minutes. The pool area is stunning and drinks were very tasty especially the sangria. Breakfast was fab, so much choice and very fresh. I am coeliac and one of the waiter brought me out a Gluten Free basket of goodies. All in all we had a lovely 2 night stay and loved the rustic charm of the hotel and surrounding area."

"This was my second stay here, and again it did not disappoint. We had a junior suite which was so spacious and had access to the portals lounge which was always amazingly quiet. Excellent breakfast, great gym, swimming in the sea off the jetty every day. Would suggest this is more of an adult hotel as not much for kids but that was perfect for me and my 17 year old daughter."

"Everything was great! Wish there s a shop at the hotel. The mini golf needs to be renovated. The staff members were great n friendly. The only confusing part was the maze from the front desk to the room or pool/beach."
