"I traveled with kids and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen compared to other resorts. Every single staff member I interacted with was patient, friendly, and professional. We had some issues with our booking when we arrived, but it was not the hotels fault and they quickly offered a solution for us. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Roc Illetas. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the food is fantastic, and the staff are truly amazing- so warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. This was our second trip to the hotel, and once again it exceeded all expectations. We honestly could not have wished for anything more. It has become the perfect place for our girls’ reunion, and we already know we’ll be coming back every year. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Roc Illetas for making our stay so special. We cannot wait to return!"

Hotel Son Caliu Spa Oasis Superior

"This was our third stay at Son Caliu and it remains somewhere we genuinely love returning to. The hotel has a calm, Mediterranean feel and is perfect for switching off. Our standard room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and we appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts as returning guests. The only downside was occasional corridor noise. Days were split between the pool and beach. The beach is still wonderfully peaceful, but the pool area felt busier than previous visits, with larger groups not always being mindful of noise, which slightly changed the usual relaxed atmosphere. We also happened to be there during a World Cup match, and the usually quiet Capricho Bar was full of British guests watching the game together, which was a fun touch. The main disappointment was dining. We tried half board, but the first evening was stressful due to difficulties explaining a nut allergy and lack of flexibility with the menu. Although it improved the next night, we chose to eat out instead. Thankfully there are great local restaurants nearby, and breakfast at the hotel remains excellent. We also used the spa before our late flight, which was a nice way to end the stay. Special thanks to Danny at the bar and a lovely member of the garden bar team for their warm, friendly service. Overall, we’ll definitely return, but next time we’ll stick to bed and breakfast."

"The hotel was clean and the food was good but there was just a lack of service. For example they didn’t even provide water and at dinner they charged for it. The staff hardly said good morning/night or a hello. Apart from that it was very good."
