"Our check in was easy, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and easy to find. We did not get a chance to check out the pool but it looks clean and the kids staying here seem to love it! It was quiet at night and they have blackout curtains which are super helpful. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was spacious enough to hold my belongings. I would have preferres more towels but the staff was accommodating when i requested more. The showers were nice but not fully enclosed so be careful of the water spray as it will get all over the bathroom floor if you're not careful. I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The location was close to the museums, San Servacio church and all the shops."

"Staff were very helpful, events are great and the facilities are good. The toilets are quite dirty and are not cleaned daily, same for the showers, which is a little disappointing. The price is cheap though so I guess you get what you pay for! The breakfast is very basic, scrambled egg with 2 pieces of bread and fruit, would probably be cool to change the options on different days as it gets a little repetitive. "
