"Nice, small hotel. Great location! Staff was not particularly welcoming or helpful. We asked if we could get breakfast 5 minutes early since we had an early tour the next day and they told us they would have breakfast for us at 6am. When we went to see about breakfast at that time, they said that was not going to happen and that there was no record of that. "We had an amazing time in Valladolid, there is so much to do around this town, and the hotel is close to everything. The staff is friendly and really helpful in providing great recommendation of places and restaurants. I recommend getting the complete breakfast in this hotel because you don’t want to miss those yummy chilaquiles. "

"This property is a hidden gem! Although this property is small but everything else made up for it. It’s walking distance to shops, cathedral, and more. There’s two entrances to the hotel with parking across the street on the other entrance/ exit- a bit confusing but no big deal. Once you’re inside, you’ll be transported to another world.
