This charming 50m² apartment is ideally near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.

The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a cosy sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a cozy dining area. It has a bright and inviting atmosphere. The area also opens onto a balcony with seating, perfect for enjoying the fresh air.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a complete set of cookware and cutlery.

The bedroom is a serene retreat with a king-size bed, a wardrobe, and a dressing table. It also has access to a balcony, making it a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. High-quality linens are provided to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom includes all the necessary amenities to freshen up, including towels and toiletries.

For your comfort, the space is always professionally cleaned.

Additionally, an outdoor area with a garden and a BBQ is perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing outside.

Important note: It is necessary to climb stairs to reach the apartment.

This location offers proximity to some of the island's most captivating attractions. A short distance away lies Fajã dos Padres, a secluded haven accessible via a modern cable car that descends a 300-meter cliff. This unique spot boasts an organic farm, a tranquil pebble beach, and a beachfront restaurant serving authentic Madeiran cuisine.

Also a short distance away is the popular viewpoint Cabo Girão, the highest sea cliff in Europe with magnificent views from the suspended glass platform.

For dining options, the Restaurante Fajã dos Padres stands out for lunch, offering fresh seafood and traditional dishes in a picturesque setting by the sea. For the traditional dish “Espetada” there is also nearby the Restaurant Miradouro Cruz da Caldeira. Additionally, the nearby cafés & pub provides a cosy atmosphere to enjoy local beverages and snacks, making it a favoured spot among locals and visitors alike.

Beyond these, the vibrant capital city of Funchal is just a short drive away, offering a plethora of cultural sites, markets, and dining establishments to explore.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The Madeira International Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
