The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Any request we made was handled quickly and professionally. We also visited the spa, which was a really nice addition and made the stay feel even more relaxing. Overall, a great experience and one I’d happily recommend. "This hotel is a great location near the National Gallery and National Portrait Gallery. West End theatres walking distance. Near tube and train. The Library area for guests is excellent, with work stations, comfortable chairs and tables. We would sometimes bring in take out food and eat it here. We did not try the breakfast. There were many options near by including Pret. "
