"There was a party of 7, 2 grandmas, 2 parents and 3 kids next to our room. The adults were noisy and talked way past 1am. The grandmas kept yelling loud at the kids in the pool. We couldn't wait to leave the next morning."

"Very dated and dirty hotel. The shower was moldy. The room was very damp. Pillows and bedding were old and worn out. The alarm clock was yellowing like it was on fire before. The first floor smelled of weed every day. Absolutely no security. The exits were never locked to get in. Even in the dark parking area. Pool towels were threadbare and old. The pool area was old and outdated. Very overpriced for accommodations. I would give zero stars, but the two younger people working the desk were very nice. "

"While the hotel is a little bit dated, it is well kept and very clean. It has tons of amenities that other, higher cost hotels offer such as pool, hot tub, pool bar, music in the evenings, and an extensive breakfast. Close to 5th avenue (5 min drive) and the beach (8-10 mins drive). Highly recommend staying here! "

"Our room was lovely—had a nice balcony with table and chairs overlooking the marina. Two restaurants are on the property—they were good and also very crowded. We had long waits every time. There is a breakfast cafe which is pretty charm-free but convenient and the food is good. Also a long wait. The locals also are regulars. The Inn is conveniently located and offers shuttle service to Old Naples. Staff was especially helpful when we needed an extra night. Was not a fan of wall unit A/C vs central air and bathroom was very small."
