Renovated house in Cambo-les-Bains with balcony-terrace

CAMBO, C508 - Beautiful 2-bedroom terraced house, in the heart of the town center and renovated in 2025. The house features a large entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe and a separate WC. The kitchen is fully fitted and open to the living room. This apartment features two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed (TV + internet access), all opening onto a balcony/terrace. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom, with a 160 x 200 cm bed, has an en-suite bathroom with toilet and built-in storage. The second bedroom has two 90 x 190 cm beds and chests of drawers (also with an en-suite bathroom). There is a private, fenced garden and an external staircase leading to the apartment. A washing machine is located in the garage (8 steps).

Pets are not allowed. Internet access is provided. There are no charging points for hybrid or electric vehicles (plugging in is prohibited inside the apartment). Parking is available in the gated courtyard.
An inventory of fixtures is taken upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). Subsequent guests have 24 hours to notify us of any issues. appear to be non-compliant, or there may have been issues our services failed to report.

If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be conducted by the agency the day before their departure.
