"The weather was amazing It’s been took over since April so the lift didn’t work. We only had one pillow but when we asked for another one they gave it to us.,the room didn’t get clean for the four days while we was there ,the tv didn’t work I was disappointed because I have been going there for the past five years but all said and done you have to give them a chance to sort everything out ,"

"Following surgery my husband and I spent a couple nights away at this wonderful resort. Due to limitations with mobility we did not venture away from the hotel other than to visit the beach cafe opposite for dinner and instead enjoyed the resorts own gardens and spa. I pre booked a full body massage which was very relaxing and therapeutic. Whilst there my husband and I booked the 2 hour hydrothermal experience which costs £40 for guests or £25 as an add on if you have booked a massage. It was well worth it as we had gorgeous weather so made full use of the outdoor facilities too. Afterwards we went into the garden which offered a little shade from the hot sun and read our books. Feeling a little hungry we ventured inside to eat in Nourish where we enjoyed freshly cooked pizza, quiche n salad leaves, homemade coleslaw which we shared. Breakfast is served in the Brasserie restaurant offering a great variety of fresh fruit, yoghurt, juices, meats, cheese, pancakes, croissants, toast and a choice of freshly cooked breakfast meal choices. The beach opposite gave a beautiful backdrop to our relaxing break away. The staff are welcoming, helpful and spend time on the guests to talk and check all is as it should be."
