"The property is lovely and room is spacious. The spa is quite a distance from the hotel and not really walkable (the facilities at the spa were a bit limited, sauna was broken when we went). The staff were very friendly and polite and we felt welcome "

Lovely, pretty town. Loads to do and lots of dining options. Everyone was courteous and helpful. We were here in April and it was busy enough without being annoying. Parking in the town is challenging no matter when.

St Ives is a fabulous place but be prepared for intense volumes of people everywhere Try and leave the car at your accommodation and use the public transport as the roads were built before cars were invented and parking in the town is limited

Great beaches & views. Lots of choices for restaurants, and bakeries for pasties etc. We dined at The Hun and The Mex - both were really good, especially The Mex.

St Ives is a beautiful place, great bars and restaurants, cute little shops and some of the best beaches in Cornwall. The hotel is a short walk from the town but a super steep walk back up the hill to get home to the hotel at the end of the day.

Fallen in love with St Ives, what a beautiful part of the world, I'm very envious of the folk's lucky enough to live there. There seems to be something for everyone. Stunning beaches too!

I was expecting more things to do around the beach of St Ives (like more arcades/mini golf/fun activities etc.) If you love coffee shops and bakeries then this is the place for you!!

"This property was absolutely perfect. Equipped with everything you would possibly need. Tesco is walking distance if you are feeding a large family. We chose to drive half way down to Carbis bay and walk the rest. "

"A lovely, quiet and private location. The pod is compact and well appointed, with a lovely modern feel. Very well presented and some lovely welcoming touches.
Communication was great from initial contact through to the welcome on arrival.
Parking is up the road but only a couple of minutes walk.
Highly recommended. "

"Overall holiday was great. Location of apartment was ideal for us not to close to the noise of the town yet not too far either as it was about a 10 min walk with a 4 year old down the steps. The apartment itself is very nice, 2 parking spaces allocated to the rear, can be quite tight but is manageable ( i have a ford ranger pickup ) inside the apartment is very nice also very spacious, kitchen has washing machine, tumble dryer, disheasher and all other essential appliances. The bedrooms all single beds are very comfy the double bed the in laws found slightly uncomfortably.Overall impression of property it was very nice snd would recommend and would stay again."
"Amazing hotel clean, fresh, rooms are lovely, nice size and complementary tea and coffee and mini fridge stocked, Jan the owner was lovely very welcoming, car parking is limited on site but that didn’t bother us we parked in a side street near the hotel, lovely location, shop few steps away, Carbis bay hotel and beach literally 5/10 minutes walk but mind the hill on the way back up, you can drive down but parking can be expensive for the day and limited spaces.
Definitely return."
