"Staff were excellent, on our second night we had a leak coming from the ceiling from the room above, Spoke to night manager and he was straight on the case and though busy found us a replacement room at 1:00am. Reception confirmed following morning we could remain rather than swapping rooms again we we greatly appreciated and made us feel welcome. Our thanks goes out to the team and look forward to staying again."

"The room was clean with usual facilities. Staff friendly. Parking excellent. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Only toast or cereal supplied as part of the Bed and breakfast charge. Anything else had to be paid for as an extra. This wasn't expected and for the price of the room we feel that at the very least a continental style breakfast could have been supplied. We ended up going to a local cafe for a decent breakfast every day of our stay."

"I stayed for four nights from the 6th July 26 until the 10th July 26 and was allocated Room 45. Although it was a Single room, it had a Small Double Bed. The room was clean and comfortable, although a bit dated. The Staff at the Hotel were very friendly and worked very hard. Breakfast was very good, and a good choice. I had Dinner in the restaurant on two of the nights, and the food was good. Although they had two menus, my only criticism is that the main menu was the same every night. It's a shame they don't change it daily."

"Will always be my choice when staying in Penzance. We stayed in the honeymoon suite. Great space, bed, seating area in bed area bay window, settee in other bay window. Comfortable bed, clean room, good shower. Great housekeeping. Owner and Staff really friendly and helpful. Full buffet style breakfast, very filling. Evening meal selection great, Sunday roasts excellent. Great background music and some live music afternoons. Very central place to stay. Good bus, train, boat, helicopter links. What's not to love!"
