Modern two-storey terraced house located in a residential area of Vilafortuny, about 900 metres from the beach. With good connection to Cambrils port, the centre and other nearby towns.

On the upper floor, there is a room with a trundle bed, a single room, a bathroom with a shower, and a double room with an en-suite bathroom.
