Cons: Algunos detalles de la casa, como el aire acondicionado de la planta baja que se desconfiguraba y no enfriaba, algunos puntos de luz estaban fundidos como la luz de la piscina y la limpieza en algunos lugares no era del todo buena."

"das Ferienobjekt hat eine sehr gute Lage zum Mittelmeer. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Die Inneneinrichtung ist auf das wesentlichste reduziert, die Küchenzeile bedarf eine Generalüberholung, gequollene Küchenfronten! Der Inneneinrichtung fehlt der gewisse Charme, relativ kalt und auch die Luftwärmepunkte konnten im April leider nicht das Haus auf ein gewissen Niveau aufwärmen, ansonsten alles sauber und zweckmäßig vorhanden."

Ein Fahrverbot für alle motorisierte Fahrzeuge auf dem Park. Cons: Leider hält sich ein Hausbesitzer nicht an das Fahrverbot. W-Lan wäre für den Preis wünschenswert und Zeitgemäss."

"Ich kann nur eines wirklich bemängeln, und zwar Schlafqualität. Die Klimagerät ist nicht in den jeweiligen Schlafziemern sondern im Gang. Man muss 2 vorhandene Ventilatoren zusätzlich nutzen. Dazu kommt extrem laute Wasserpumpe die jede 5-10 Minuten anspringt. Matratzen sind sehr Hart. Sogar bei Jungs sind die Arme eingeschlafen. Matratzen sind sehr kurz. Ich 182 passe gerade noch, höher wird es ein Problem sein. Die Schlafqualität ist nicht so gut. Die Lage und Meer sind ausgezeichneten....

"Une salle d'eau non utilisable et sale, mauvaise odeur d'égout dans la SDB(pas de ventilation). Présence de gros cafards dans la cuisine découverts 2 jours avant de partir. Odeur de fumée cheminée constante dans SAM. Lave vaisselle avec bouton de cuisinière. La 4ème chambre est une mezzanine. Ménage fait succintement (poussière sur meubles). Maison mitoyenne. Jardin agréable et endroit calme. Agence informée de notre mécontentement. La location devrait être réhabilitée avant d'être louée! fuyez"
