"The breakfast buffet gets less and less every time I stay here. this time they had no paper plates, egg sandwiches, knives, bananas on 2 out of the 5 days. Ran out of Lipton regular tea and only had decaffeinated tea. advised the staff that the control knob for the water valve in the bathtub was loose and falling off and that that sink stopper was not working. Was never repaired. Prices go up and the service and amenities go down. Manager was nowhere to be found, and all the staff can stay, is that they will speak to the manager."

"The hotel just appeared to be old and not well maintained. The common hall was not air-conditioned ad it smelled. The bathroom needed help. Bath tub faucet would not keep prmpetature unless the shower was running I ran hot water in my legs due to cramps, the regulator kept moving until my legs were burning. Tge tub was stained black. I would have never taken a bath in that. No toiletries. The kitchen had no footwear, dishes, glasses etc"

"Upon arrival, the first room assigned to me was not properly cleaned. There was uneaten food, open beverage containers, bottles and cans, dirty socks on the floor, dirty towels in the bathroom, and debris throughout the room. Due to the unacceptable condition of the room, I requested to be moved. Unfortunately, the second room presented additional issues. There were no towels available, and throughout my stay it was unnecessarily difficult to obtain basic amenities despite multiple requests. For the first two days of my stay, my room was not serviced at all by housekeeping. In addition, the bathroom experienced a flood, creating further inconvenience and concern. To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit malfunctioned, impacting the comfort of my stay."

"The room was not cleaned properly upon arrival. The floors appeared not to have been mopped, and overall cleanliness was below expectations. The curtains were old and stained, the furniture was worn, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout the room. I felt compelled to spray Lysol throughout the room to make it more comfortable. The staff members were friendly and courteous based on my interactions and those of others in my group, which was appreciated. However, despite the pleasant service, the condition of the room did not justify the price. In my opinion, this hotel is significantly overpriced for the quality of accommodations provided."
