The staff I interacted with was great. Room was very clean, and love the full size refrigerator. My only complaint is at 8:15AM when I went to get my coffee, no coffee. And there was no staff in sight.

When I arrived at the property I was on a tight schedule and only wanted to get checked in, get to my room, change clothes, and get to an important meeting. The first thing that I was told was my room was on the second floor and the elevators were broken, and they did not know when they would be repaired. This not being satisfactory with me, I insisted on a ground floor room. The room was clean, and soon after I left for my meeting. Returning late I went to sleep. Having an early appointment, I woke at 6:00 AM and found that there were no amenities such as shampoo in the shower. I later found out that they had to be requested upon check in. The breakfast was scheduled for 6:00 to 9:30 AM. I went to the lobby at 7:15 and was told that there was no coffee available as someone forgot to order it. The rest of the breakfast, which i learned was muffins, would be put out a little later. Totally disgusted I left. Terrible property

The shower had clothing lint in the floor. The microwave buttons didn’t work so not sure if it was just a display. The male receptionist was very pleasant! The pregnant receptionist couldn’t care less about me. The bed was comfortable and my floor was very quiet. The lobby floor had not been mopped so there were dirty footprints at the entryway.

Staff were amazing but limited to the company policy. We booked through Expedia and all good until the check in date. Arrival time was planned to be after 2am. We called Expedia and the hotel to ensure that our booking would not be lost because of this. The payment bounced not only for us (travelling from Canada) but also for several others from Canada who arrived around the same time. We all waited an hour for the system to reset to see if our booking was fully cancelled or if it would still allow us to check in. We eventually had a pay again at a higher walk-in rate. We rebooked for the remaining days and added 'early check-in' since we were there past 4am, it was $275USD with tax for less than 12 hours of a stay (3pm check-out). We were also told there would be a small discount for an early check-in instead of paying for a whole night before attempting to rebook again and that it won't generate until the other nights are booked. That amount was more than a whole night with no discount. We were then told the amenities promised were not fully accurate/disclosed. The included breakfast was only snacks and coffee. The cutlery and dishes had to be specifically requested (per item) with limited selection. Upon arriving to the room, other toiletries had to be requested and the room was very dirty. The room was not swept, there was dirt, bottles under the bed, and counter had makeup on it. Tub was gross and peeling. We checked out the next day. It's also near a strip club.
