"Good location 5 min walk to shopping center with 3 coffee shops and few restaurants. Pillows were little too firm. Mattress firm the way i prefer. Hot water dispencer in hall on each floor. Fan keeps room cool at night with the cool to cold night temperatures outside. Very basic hotel with all you need for short stay."

I didn't expect a luxury hotel but I had thought for the price we'd be getting a clean room. To start with looks much dingier than the photos, which is something I always expect but not nearly to this degree. The room had not been cleaned before hand as the bathroom was disgusting and the shower had what looked like it poop in the drain. ...

"Description of the room is not accurate. Rooms are very dated and not well maintained at all. We booked a Twin room and a deluxe Triple room. The Triple room hardly had any walking space, definitely not what was shown in the pictures. Rug is dirty, no housekeeping done at all. There is no shower curtain provided so the toilet floor is constantly wet and no floor mat is provided. Had to ask for more towels so can be used to soak up the water else will be dangerous for elderly guests. Even then,...
