Breakfast was good and front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
On arrival the room had packets of sweets, a bottle top and a coin under one of the beds (partly showing) and things were quite dusty.
Bed sheets/towels were fine.
Stairs down to reception had dust/cobwebs/dead flies on windows.
Tv in room didn’t work.

Beautiful hotel. We were a group of 9. We stayed with 3 in each room and everyone was really comfortable, the rooms are lovely. There was room check in the afternoon/evening and the free chocolate was such a lovely touch.There are robes to use the facilities which are free - excellent gym and lovely pool area with jacuzzi and sauna/steam. You will need a hat for the pool, but you can buy one there. There are also classes which you can book into for free.
The 12pm check out was a great bonus too. We didn't get the breakfast but were able to get coffee and croissants at the lobby bar. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.
