"This listing should not be on VRBO... everything from the get go was terrible. We were promises a luxurious sea front property but the whole area is dirty and falling apart. Impossible to park. We looked at the place and turned around. Owner apologized and promised us a refund but have not gotten anything a week later. The building is in chambles. The whole area is a ghetto... We got pulled over by the police who were wounderong why foreign tourists were in the area. This is a scam. No way...

"It’s not often that I’m left lost for words; however I genuinely struggled for the first hour or so of being at the property due to being totally overwhelmed by how lovely it is! "This hotel is located quite far from central Naples. There is basically nothing in the area and Arzanos is very run down and quite desolate. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and the staff was quite helpful with arranging transportation to Naples. The hotel itself is fine but the location is terrible. Think I booked this by mistake, as there is also a Hotel Europa near the train station in Naples. "
