Wonderful stay, the amenties are fabulous. The staff are so helpful. The spa is great. The breakfast is really good. The room was really comfortable. Due to the colder weather the AC was not set to cool ,but they were very helpful when i explained i was getting too hot at night and were able to provide a fan. This hotel is really muslim friendly and the whole experience was top notch.

Hotel is in a great location. Nice sea view & complimentary safe & comfy beds. A/C in bedroom wasn’t working. The mini fridge & unit had some considerable damage & the bath/ shower were stained & areas of sealant were missing/ mouldy. The pool was freezing & seemed to be in the shade all through the day.
Breakfast offered a good variety, including made to order omelettes & fried eggs, but the hot food was only lukewarm- beans, sausages etc.
Reception staff were generally very friendly & helpful. Didn’t use the bar facilities so can’t comment.

Lovely staff and very clean, easy to drive too. Hotel was very expensive and everything was extra like parking and breakfast. Car parking was off site so you have to leave let them know what time you’d like it back.

Room is spacious and spotless. The staff is very friendly on checking in. We chose half board and the food and service of the restaurant has exceeded my expectation. Breakfast has lots of varieties.
