"Room #7 Unless the door was slammed shut, the card /key won't unlock the door. a bit frustrating. Other than that the room was modernized. Nice tiling in the bathroom, Great water pressure. The A/C worked well. The room smelled fresh. Lighting was bright both inside the room and outside. I would stay again."

Best Western Plus Placerville Inn

8/10 Good

They had to come fix it before we could even brush our teeth that night. But at least they had someone available immediately to fix it. The conditioner dispenser was empty, again housekeeping missed that too. Two dogs next door were barking early and woke us up. I'm sure hotel policy is not to leave pets unattended but someone did"
