We had a nice stay. The property is really nice and so was the staff. The shower was excellent. It was very big. The pillows were not good and the bed was creeky when you moved but the sheets were great. The hotel was in a part of town that was not nice and they advised is not to walk around at night outside of the hotel grounds. The grounds were secure with locked gates and a fence so we felt safe. There were noisy people beside us the first night. They seemed to be fighting. The first floor had easy access to the pool and lobby but the second floor neighbors were loud when they walked around at 2:00am. There was also traffic and airplane noise.

"It takes forever to get the host to give you an answer to a question or concern you have, to the point you no longer need an answer from them anymore. There is no phone to call, so you are at their mercy if you need something from them. They may write "I'll get back to you", and then you wait hours ..."
