"Lovely, friendly, and very clean. This is a property with some long term residents, and everybody was very polite and welcoming. Room was small but fine for our needs. Enjoyed the outdoor seating!"

"The front desks staff were not only helpful but went above and beyond to solve small problems. The breakfast was plentiful with the added bonus of leaving access to the coffee and tea available in the breakfast room all day. I was very surprised to see that in the back of the hotel there was a large green space area with picnic tables, a gazebo, bbq and fire pit available for customers. There was also a children’s place structure there. I could see that many families took advantage of those amenities. There was also a power failure on my last day. Staff helped in every way that they could until the power came back on, then offered a later checkout time if anyone’s plans had been hindered by the lack of power."

"Very nice hotel close to a lot of restaurants. Our room was clean only the carpet could have used a vacuuming also they need to change the flooring in the bathroom it’s lifting and it’s bouncing when you walk on it. Overall a great experience! The pool was nice and very well maintained, staff is excellent."

"Solid, clean, comfortable. Still had a fairly noisy window AC unit, though there was a mini-split newly installed (still with the shipping plastic on it) so that may likely change soon. Full-size fridge in room. Very worn (but clean) bathroom. Very solid room for the price."

"Owner was awesome, I had an Amazon package show up to the property and he made sure to keep it safe. Once I returned, he immediately came and handed over my package. House keeper was such a lovely lady to talk with, same as owner. 10/10"

"Beautiful location! Lazy Days for sure!We stayed for a girl's weekend (13 ppl) and had all the amenities needed for a great time away. Bicycles, small kayaks, inflatable SUPs and wagons to cart your belongs to and from the car to the cottages.We sat comfortably in the main cottage with all 13 however, it would be very tight to have more than 15-16 to eat and socialize during rain or bad weather. It was nice to have the linens and towels included along with body wash and shampoo. (Less for us to pack and more room for carpooling!) There is lots to do in the area such as Markets, shops in Grand Bend and of course the beach activities. Woody debris/drift wood and zebra mussels get washed up in the cove area by the cottage however, there are areas that are cleared along the waterfront, if needed. There was rakes to clear if necessary. The beach sand and water is clear with no weeds or pebbles.There were a few sand bars as well. Sunrises and sunsets are beautiful and unobstructed from the property. A few hick ups but overall a great stay."
