Da migliorare invece il momento del check-in e check-out: in entrambi i momenti ho ricevuto solo messaggi whatsapp, non hanno risposto alle mie chiamate, non ho potuto avere una ricevuta del mio ultimo versamento a saldo (tassa di soggiorno e pulizia).
