Perfect stay in Camogli

We spent 10 beautiful days in this elegant palazzo apartment with our adult children and our 2 dogs. The kitchen is the typical italian kitchen, simple but very practical. Everything works very well and all the basics were there which was really great. Outside of the train traffic which did not disturb us at all the small street has basically no traffic whatsoever. The elevator in the building was particularly appreciated. Giovanni showed us the 2 public elevators that you xan take to reach the train station and then the beach promenade without any steps. Very close supermarket, tourist office, bar on the other side of the train tracks so 2 mn walking. We loved the view from the dining room where we could admire the most beautiful sunset and moonlight over the sea 🌊

Prachtig appartement met veel klassieke details

Zeer prettige en behulpzame gastheer. Geweldig appartement op toplocatie. Wel vlakbij het spoor maar kan het genieten niet beïnvloeden. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Geweldig uitzicht op zee. Vlakbij de boulevard. Kortom: genieten. Wij komen zeker terug.

Bella Italia par excellence!

Wer mittendrin, statt nur dabei sein will ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung befindet sich in dritter Reihe zur wunderschönen Strandpromenade. Camogli selbst ist für mich in der Inbegriff von "Bella Italia". Wunderschön gelegen mit engen Gässchen, vielen schönen Läden, tollen Restaurants und reizvollem Drumherum - das pralle Leben. Über den fußläufig gelegenen Bahnhof kommt man sehr einfach und stressfrei nach Genua (auch sehenswert!). Die Wohnung selbst ist groß, die Deckenbemalungen sind der Hammer, die Möbel sehr stilvoll. Ein kleines Gärtchen zwischen Haus und Straße darf auch genutzt werden. Die Küche ist mit 4-Platten-Gasherd, einem Backofen, Spül- und Waschmaschine nebst umfangreichem Kochgeschirr sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Inventar und der Ausblick passt nicht ganz zum Rest der Wohnung, macht aber nichts. Selbst ein kleiner Aufzug ist im Haus, über den man sehr dankbar ist, wenn man die gefühlt 1000 Treppenstufen vom Strand oder nach dem Einkauf erklommen hat. Parken vorm Haus geht nicht, zum be- und entladen kann man aber reinfahren (sofern man keinen SUV hat). Wer nicht auf Ferienanlage oder Hotel steht sondern mitten im Leben sein will ist hier genau richtig. Man darf sich im Gegenzug aber auch nicht an der Bahnlinie stören, die quasi vorm Haus entlangführt. Hier rollt von der Regionalbahn bis zum Güterzug alles drüber. Wer es also etwas ruhiges sucht sollte weiter suchen. Die Gastgeber sind extraklasse! Mails wurden umgehend und umfangreiche beantwortet. Ein-/Auschecken war vollkommen problemlos. Giovanni hat, obwohl wir wegen diverser Staus drei Stunden später als anvisiert angekommen sind, geduldig auf uns gewartet und freundlich empfangen. Bei der Abreise haben wir sauber gemacht, Schlüssel auf den Tisch gelegt und fertig. Vielen Dank für alles!!
