"It was fine for having a safe place to stay after a concert. Needs some updates but is in a safe location and serves the purpose of having a place to sleep."

"This is a smoke free hotel yet walking into our room it was overwhelming smokey. No other available rooms to switch. There were even cigarette burns in our comforter. When asked to switch in the morning to another room new staff was aware of what room number exactly I was in as if they knew it was smoked in. The staff was friendly in understanding and offered a refund if I dispute with Expedia. The staff did try to deodorize room but knowing this room was smokey allowed guest to stay without deodorizer or checking comforter was upsetting. I understand staff can’t control guests but being in town for an event where everything else is also booked left us with no other options for the night. Also since there are stoves in room, we were woke up to smoke alarms going off for 20 minutes and no staff is at desk from 12 am to 9 am."

"The staff were friendly and efficient upon check in. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The building was older. If you prefer quiet, make sure you are not on the 1st floor near check in. The room had a fridge and microwave. I stayed for 2 nights. On the second night by 10 pm, we were informed that the hot water was out until the next afternoon. This is a 2 star hotel."

"Everything in the hotel was super nice. Staff and the hotel bar was exceptional. I will say that i had holds over $1000 on my acct even though i had already paid for the room. Thats a bit excessive "

"Nice place for the price. Didn't know the pool was closed till I checked in. One of the reasons for booking this hotel was the pool access."
