"I was a solo traveller visiting Mauritius for the first time. The resort was perfect, the beach is stunning, the water activities were great and there was just so many places to just relax on sun loungers around the resort and near the pool. What made my stay special was the excellent staff who were really welcoming and friendly, full of smiles and joy that brightened each day. The breakfast was great loads of choices and also a variety of places for dinner too. I would definitely recommend this hotel and return here on another trip in the future! "The whole experience from checking in was fabulous, the rooms were clean and ready ahead of time, the staff were very friendly and polite and always at hand to help with any questions we had. The Spa was superb with all the different types of treatments available. "L'Oiseau de l'Océan was an amazing discovery. It was clean, well-kept and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle was a nice touch ensuring that trips to the beach and Cascavelle were easy. I also enjoyed the on-site sauna. My only complaint is that the wifi was weak and to make calls, I needed to step outside my room. I didn't mind much because I was on vacation and so didn't need to work. Special commendation goes to Jessica and Richard for going above and beyond."
