"Loved this property so much ! The screen porch was where we spent most of our time when not on the beach which was literally a two minute walk !! We had an amazing relaxing time!!! Very clean also and beautifully updated ! Definitely will be back!!! Thank you Michelle for an amazing vacation!"

"The property is old style motel, but kept up nicely. There is plenty of parking & very close, 1 minute walk, to the beach. It is basically a summer destination but also good for a stopover on the way to northern Maine's many vacation spots."

"We had an excellent stay at this motel with very good amenities. The view and peacefulness of the ocean was well worth being a little ways from the pier. The staff we dealt with (Izzy and Kristen) were so helpful and friendly to make our stay excellent time. We will consider staying there again in the future."

"Beautiful location, close to all the fun but a nice private place. Fun to wander the beach and watch the boats. House is clean and comfy. I stayed with spouse and 2 teenagers for a long weekend and it was perfect. Jeff is super responsive and a very generous host. Highly recommend!! On my list of places to visit again!"

"This place was clean and exceeded what our expectations were for our needs. We are 5 adults 1 toddler and 1 dog. Having the beach right there made it so easy to enjoy are vacation without having to haul our things very far. Mornings we sat looking out at the ocean on the deck or on the couch with our coffee. It was beautiful and peaceful. 10 out of 10 experience."

"4 stars as basic bedding and towels were not including at this stay and unfortunately was not expressed prior to arrival but the home was a cute older style home with basic amenities including a bbq grill and beautiful covered porch and deck to enjoy meals! We spent most of the time at the ocean that was a nice short 5 minute walk! Laundry mat located 13 minutes away in town. Would recommend this stay and will come back!"

"Our Family had a wonderful time here. The house is in immaculate condition and just steps from an amazing beach with a lifeguard. Very accessible to walking and running paths. The house has plenty of privacy. I had 2 children with their spouses and children and the space worked great. Kim and Dave were excellent and responsive hosts."
