"Besides the floors being so dirty it turned out bare feet black, two window screens knocked out and another with a hole in it ( couldn’t open windows due to bugs) and only provided a single fork and spoon for amenities, the location was great, beach access convenient and beach chairs were provided. The price was much higher than what was provided but that’s on us, we booked later and everything closer to the center was booked "

"Easy check-in, very quiet around the property, nice to see there is a pool now that they acquired the inn next door. Plenty of parking. It was nice to have a split unit air conditioner. My room was very spacious, plenty of space to put your beach chair/bag. The breakfast was busy and could have had quicker turn around to fill the hot food and breads. Overall, a great place to stay that includes breakfast and you can’t beat the location! "

"The cabins are beautiful and you can't beat being right on the beach. The gate and railing (leading to steps down to the beach) are nicely done and really helps with safety with young children. We ate dinner together everynight at the screened in porch, and it was so nice. There were a couple of minor issues that came up during the stay and the host Lauren was very responsive and took care of things quickly. Nice beach towels and beach chairs provided were a nice touch. "

"Property was beautiful, large family we utilized all sleeping areas and had a wonderful stay. We arrived fairly early hoping to utilize the beach before entering seeing as we missed any traffic and the owner was very friendly and accommodating for us. Would definitely recommend for large groups looking for a relaxing stay. "

"Very clean, nice house. No real check in info but the owner was available and responded quickly. Very laid back atmosphere. Busy street as the house sits on the corner of a main road but by no means a dealbreaker. Highly recommend this property, it is really only 3 minutes from the beach! The weather didn’t cooperate during our visit, but then we’re from Texas so what may have been nice weather for locals, was cold for us. We very much enjoyed sunning on the upper deck. Also enjoyed the closed in porch. Chairs and a wagon were provided to make the trip to the beach more enjoyable. Many thanks to Kim and Russell for an enjoyable visit. "

"Marie and Patrick’s home was the perfect beach getaway for our family and friends. With plenty of space to spread out and super comfortable furnishings, plus the best beach views on the East coast, you never need to leave the home. But if you do, it’s a perfect home base for hiking trips, shopping expeditions, and ocean adventures. Marie was super responsive made sure the home had every detail needed for a fabulous home away from home. Can’t recommend it highly enough!"
