"Blue Marlin was beautiful and looked exactly as pictured. The two balconies were amazing. Would definitely recommend for anyone to come stay. perfect for 4 people, 6 would not be ideal. Unfortunately, we had to have maintenance come fix the washing machine the first day, and also have maintenance come out and fix the internet. Would like the host to provide much better instructions on working tv, internet, reserving chairs (has to be done by certain time), where garbage was and the fact there was no recycle. "

"The communication from property management was good, and in general, the house was nice. However, the oven didn't work (which they did communicate to us on the day we arrived), the sink drain was not clean, and the refrigerator water spout was moldy and disgusting. The pool code was not correct, and it took 2 hours to get the correct one.Also, the location information on the listing was misleading. On the map, it appeared to be south of highway 98. In reality, it was north of 98. The listing claimed it was a 10 minute walk to the beach; it was twice that long (which makes a big difference when traveling with young children!). This was a disappointment, since we had canceled a different reservation thinking we would be closer to the beach.It was walkable to some nice shops and restaurants, which we appreciated. "

"Very OK hotel. We have stayed at the Fairmont across Canada and other really nice boutique hotels but The Pearl is average in comparison. No gym at this venue. Pool is smaller than those found at people’s homes. The room was very comfortable though. Shower is nice bug that’s about it. For what they charge, you are really getting a very average stay. "

"We had a wonderful week! This truly is a Slice of Paradise. The view is beautiful, and the easy access to one of our favorite beaches was the best part! It was an easy bike ride to shopping and restaurants. The property had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. This was the perfect home base for our 30A spring break trip. "

"Highly recommend! Can’t beat the location, heated pool right out back, bikes, pool/beach necessities, communication with owner, etc! The underpass was a great way to access things we wanted to walk/bike too with no problems! Would definitely stay here again!! "

"Good location, short bike ride to Rosemary and neighboring commercial area. Had to buy many necessities (wine opener, hand soap, beach towels) that didn’t expect to have to purchase. Heated pool next door was nice since it was chilly in March"

"We really enjoyed the location of this place. the house was also very nice, clean and had everything we needed. We couldn’t take advantage of the rooftop deck but the view was amazing! The hosts were also very great with communication and easy to work with. "
