"Everything was on point"

"I had an almost perfect stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, the beds felt like sleeping on a well-trained cloud, and the staff managed that rare balance of being both genuinely friendly and impressively competent (no small feat). The front desk sailor uniforms were not needed as they stood out with their exceptional service alone. That said, there’s one tiny thing keeping it from total legend status: the bar situation. Or rather, the lack of a proper one. There’s nowhere to casually sip something delightful while hanging out with your friends. A cozy, lively bar would elevate this place from “fantastic” to “I will never shut up about it.” Still, if your idea of a great stay involves comfort, style, and people who clearly know what they’re doing, this hotel absolutely delivers. Just plan your celebratory nightcap elsewhere."

"This was a nice resort, very large and crowded. Similar to a Disney hotel in the amount of people around. There is a similarly named resort 10 miles away, with the only difference being one word! We were supposed to be staying at the same resort as our friends, and we ended up at the wrong one! One is called Sheraton Vistana resort villas, and the other one is called Sheraton Vistana villages resort… it is so very confusing, even our GPS kept picking up the wrong one! Why would you have two resorts with almost the exact same name? Please be aware of this if you are booking this property. The pool was crowded and if you didn’t get a chair by 10:30 in the morning, they were all saved and taken. We played the mini golf, which was fun, and this is a very convenient location to Disney, shopping, and all the parks. The traffic in this area is insane though, and it takes forever to get anywhere. Just something to keep in mind, to give yourself plenty of time. Each room has a mini kitchenette, table and couch, which is great so that you don’t have to eat out every meal."

"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Rooms were disgusting, doors didnt lock probably. Staff were rude. The amenities are nothing like pictured. Everything is under maintained! The breakfast well, I wouldnt feed it to my dog! There was a dirty smelly water leak in the roof of the breakfast room! This is the space you serve FOOD! Massive healthcode violation. I would tell everyone not to stay here! Horrible Experience! "

"The only nice staff was the housekeepers. Front desk staff was below average. Walked into the room, and it looked like the pictures. It was then I realized they only have two nightstand table with no drawers and no areas to put your clothes other than the corner with the hangers by the front door. As well as the only other piece of furniture is the double beds, which is where you will be eating anything you bring into the room. Air conditioner worked. Now the TV, and the remote. Remote didn’t work UNLESS I was standing right in front of it which was more than inconvenient as you could imagine. After the 5 nights I stayed I realized my sleep was so bad because of how thin the walls were. Babies were crying in their own rooms and it sounded like they were outside my door in the hallway. Any time doors were closed nearby it shook the whole room. Onto the bathroom - the worst part of the room. The shower was half glass wall by the shower head and the other half was just open. I don’t know about you but I like to keep heat in my showers as well as WATER. I laughed at how they had a floor towel offered as it did nothing with how much water came out. There was only this small square to put shampoo / conditioners in, no other shelves. & the knobs were confusing every time I went in it which I dreaded. The sink was this small rectangle that also did no justice because water just splashed every where anyways. To top it all off ants crawling everywhere. don’t go even if it’s pretty."
