This time, the determining factor which lowered its rating was that the internet was not working properly and I couldn’t do a lot of the work I had intended. Had I known this ahead of time, I would not have booked the room. Beverly, the owner, promised me a partial refund for this, which was appropriate. I did not receive the promised refund, and my two attempts to contact her about it were ignored. I will not be staying there again and cannot recommend the place because of this breach of integrity."
