We are a family run business offering a range of holiday apartments along the beautiful coast of Tuscany. Oasis is a stone throw from the medieval town of Campiglia Marittima, surrounded by 3 hectares of beautiful natural park with typical Mediterranean vegetation and age-old cork trees. Our self contained apartments are suitable for families, couples and your beloved 4-legged friends, or those seeking peace and tranquility. We have a large swimming pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, barbecue facilities and private parking for our guests. Trekking and cycling are highly recommended activities in the beautiful Tuscan hills nearby, alternatively you can head to the local sandy beaches and soak up some sun. Come and stay with us, we look forward to seeing you for an unforgettable holiday.We offer a variety of 2-room apartments, the majority with private entrance and a fenced outside area.

Dunkles Appartement in schöner Außenanlage

Außenanlage mit Pool wird sehr gepflegt, wobei der Pool erst um 9.30 Uhr öffnet. Windgeschütze Tischtennisplatte und Kicker sehr schön. Ausreichend überdachte Parkplätze, die über einen sehr holprigen Weg erreichbar sind. Das Appartement ist in den Hang hinein gebaut und deswegen dunkel und kalt. Es riecht nach Keller und dazu kam an manchen Tagen auch noch ein Geruch nach Kanal aus dem Waschbecken. Da das Bad nur durch eine schlecht funktionierende Falttür vom Schlafzimmer getrennt war, war das unangenehm. Die Dusche ist sehr klein, die WC-Spülung funktioniert nicht immer. Die Küche ist relativ gut ausgestattet, es gibt aber keine Arbeitsfläche. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr hellhörig, wir haben die Aktivitäten der Personen über uns gut mitverfolgen können. Die Wohnungen oben sind bestimmt besser, wir haben uns im Kellerloch gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, in San Vincenzo gibt es einen wirklich tollen freien Strand. Campiglia Marittima ist ca. 2 km entfernt, ein sehr hübsches toskanisches Dorf.

Schöne Anlage, gute Lage, nette Gastgeber

Wir waren 11 Tage in der Residence Oasis und haben den Aufenthalt in der Toskana sehr genossen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool wunderbar. Unsere Ferienwohnung war genau wie im Internet dargestellt, alles sauber und die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Stefano ist ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber und gibt sich viel Mühe, damit seine Gäste ihren Urlaub geniessen. Insgesamt ein schöner Toskana-Urlaub - danke Stefano

Perfekter Toskana Urlaub

Es war unser erster Urlaub in der Toskana und es war wundervoll. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in unserer Unterkunft. Der Pool und die tolle ruhige Lage umgeben von idyllischer Landschaft sorgten für Spass und Entspannung. Stefano und Max waren sehr freundlich und kümmerten sich sehr gut um uns. Wir bekamen tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die kleine Mittelalterstadt Campiglia Marittima ist ein Traum. Man hat das Gefühl dort eine Zeitreise machen zu können. Am letzten Abend entdeckten wir noch Glühwürmchen, die uns den Weg leuchteten. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Vielen lieben Dank für alles. 😊

Tolle Anlage & sehr freundliche Menschen

Wir waren 12 Tage dort und es war wirklich sehr schön. Wer die Toskana liebt, wird die Residence mögen. Sie liegt etwas abgelegen vom Ort und man hat eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Hügel der Toskana. Keine 10min und man ist am Meer. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wird täglich gereinigt. Die Wohnung in der wir waren, war typisch italienisch, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der Wasserdruck war nicht so hoch, aber damit kann man leben. Wir hatten eine tolle Terasse mit Blick auf die Berge und den Pool. Palmen und Säulenzypressen haben den Ausblick abgerundet! Stefano, Alessandro und Emma halten sich zurück, aber sind sehr freundlich und offen für alle Fragen. Wir werden dort sehr gern wieder Urlaub machen und können es guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Fünf Sterne fürs Ambiente, die Besitzer und das ganze drum und dran!!

Ferien zu Fünft

Wir haben unsern Aufenthalt sehr genossen in der Oase. Der tolle Schwimmingpool war einfach fantastisch erfrischend und man konnte sehr gut relaxen und zur Ruhe kommen. Da wir leider zu spät gebucht haben und unsere 3 großen Kinder dabei hatten,wäre ein 3. Zimmer von Vorteil für uns gewesen.Aber die geräumige Terasse hat uns sehr entschädigt. Das schöne ,gepflegte Gelände und die Vegetation hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Bei allen unseren Fragen bekamen wir freundlichst Antwort. Wir werden definitiv die Oase weiter empfehlen.

sehr angenehme, ruhig und sehr schön gelegene Anlage in den Bergen unterhalb von Campignia Marittima

Wir haben sehr den Urlaub genossen. Stefano und sein Team sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und die Betten sind sehr gut. Für die dritte und vierte Person (bei uns die Kinder) ist eine Ausziehcouch im Wohn-/ Essraum vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist funktional und ausreichen (einfache Qualität), Die Terasse (wir waren im ersten Stock des Hauptgauses, App. 5) bietet einen sensationellen Blick in die Berge. Es ist sehr ruhig. Der Pool zum Haus ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt.

well situated, comfortable villa

This villa is close to some lovely little towns and sandy beaches, a great bit of the country to explore. Marco was very helpful with information on the local area, he was always around if we had any questions. I think the villa could have been better equipped, there was no salt, oil, washing up liquid in the kitchen, just one toilet roll given. Our children enjoyed the garden area and liked exploring campiglia in the evenings. Although the town is quite close we drove there in the evenings to avoid walking on the main road.

Wunderschöner Ausgangspunkt für Toskanaurlaub

Residence Oasis wurde uns von einem Arbeitskollegen empfohlen und auch wir fanden, dass dies eine wundervolle, charmante und friedlich gelegene Ferienhaus Anlage ist. In einem Tal unterhalb vom beschaulichen Mittelalterdorf Campiglia Marittima, von der wenig befahrenen Durchgangsstrasse aus verborgen hinter hohen Hecken und Korkeichen, liegt die idyllische Apartmentanlage - umgeben von Hügeln mit Olivenhainen, Wiesen und Feldern. Zwei kleinere Villas und eine größere mit mehreren Wohnungen sind malerisch um einen sauberen und einladenden Pool und schöne kleine Gartenanlage gelegen. Für uns (2 Erw., 7-jähriger Sohn), die wir gerne in Meeresnähe, aber etwas abseits der trubeligen Küstenorte individuell Urlaub machen, war es perfekt. Bevor wir buchten hatte Stefano, der Gastgeber, unsere Fragen per eMail ausführlich, schnell und freundlich beantwortet und - da wir nicht viel italienisch können - auch zum Glück in perfektem Englisch. Unsere Wohnung (Wohnraum mit Couch, Esstisch und Küchenzeile, Schlafzimmer, Bad) fanden wir sehr gemütlich. Sie war sauber und zweckmässig, geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Mit genügend Schränken und Stauraum und eigenem Terassenplatz und Gartenmöbeln davor. Wir fühlten uns sofort zu Hause. Ebenso ist Satelliten TV und WLAN inklusive. Ausserdem befinden sich ausreichend PKW Stellplätze innerhalb des Geländes. Stefano und Marco kümmern sich intensiv um die ganze Anlage und den Garten und waren sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Sie standen uns gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite wenn mal doch etwas klemmte oder man einen Frage hat, sind aber ansonsten zurückhaltend und unaufdringlich. Wir fanden Residence Oasis für einen vielfältigen Toskana Urlaub Ideal als Ausgangspunkt verschiedenster Aktivitäten - In der Residence Oasis: Relaxen, Chillen, Sonnenbaden, Lesen, Schwimmen und Planschen am Pool, Tischtennis und Tischkicker spielen, Grillen am Abend. - Verschiedene schöne Strände (Fahrzeit 15-30 min) - Besichtigung der Dörfer und Städtchen der Umgebungen. Campiglia Marittima (10-15 Gehminuten): Altstadt, Marktplatz, Restaurants, Cafes, kleiner Supermarkt, Burgberg mit Ruine, tolle Aussicht Großes Einkaufszentrum in Venturina, ca 5 km entfernt Sehr lohnenswert auch Massa Marittima und Bolgheri. - Pisa, Grosetto, Siena oder Florenz befinden sich ebenfalls in einem gut machbaren Radius von ca 1-2 Std. Fahrzeit. -Piombino, Hafenstädtchen - archäologischer Bergbaupark von San Silvestro (20 Gehminuten entfernt)

Pfingstferien statt Sommerferien

Wir waren bereits 2 Mal in den Sommerferien in der Anlage und wußten um die Qualität, die uns erwartet. Wir wurden auch diesmal nicht enttäuscht.
