- Villa Gerasin lies in the south of the Elbe, between Marina di Campo and Cavoli-Seccheto (approx. 3 kms of the beach Cavoli ). To the sandy beach of Marina di Campo there is approx. 1 km. The landlord also has a small apartment close the house is in the country on a 3.500 square meters of property.
The house (approx. 95 square meters) is suitable for 6 persons:
2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 living room (with pull-out couch for 2 persons), SAT TV, separate dining-room with kitchen area (dishwasher, flat cooker 4 with oven and microwave) and 2 shower-baths / WC and terrace.
Outside there is a thought over terrace with grill and additional outside shower, Mediterranean garden and car parks. The property is suitable completely fenced in and, therefore, also for dogs very well. The landlord also lives there and possesses canaries, a dog and cats. The owner lives close this house.
