The house is surrounded by a spacious fenced area, ideal for barbecues or outdoor meals with friends. All apartments are fully equipped with practical furniture suitable for a beach holiday. The apartment features a private entrance, living room with a single sofa bed convertible into a double, kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, high chair (on request), and shaded parking. You can relax in the outdoor area with a large shared garden, barbecue area, outdoor shower, and sun loungers. The renowned tourist destination of Marina di Campo, with numerous restaurants, shops, cafés, and bars, as well as the nearest beach, is about a 3-minute drive away. The beautiful Cavoli beach is 5 km away, and the picturesque Fetovaia bay is 7 km from the house.
