Nice apartment located on the first floor of a semi-detached house. It has a terrace equipped with table and chairs. From the terrace you can access both the double bedroom and the living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed. It has TV, air conditioning, WI-FI, oven. On the ground floor there is a washing machine shared with another apartment. Shared garden with outdoor shower, barbecue, WI-FI. A parking space is available. Pets allowed with supplement.
The beach of Marina di Campo can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot and is in part free sand and partly equipped with bathing establishments. The center of the village is ideal for shopping and for evening walks through the narrow streets of the old town or along the promenade
