La cellula had everything we needed. The property is beautiful, as well as the house. We were able to reach most parts of the island within 30 minutes. La cellula allowed us to have excursions in the morning and relax by the pool in the afternoons.

Beautiful house

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house with a lovely garden and outside area. Gianni was very attentive to our requests. We did have a little bit of difficulty finding out in advance what kitchen and barbecue supplies were provided, and we received an invoice for linens part way through the stay, which was cleared up when we showed that the property description said linens were to be provided. All in all however it was a great stay. We highly recommend it!

Amazing!

We‘ve spent many weeks on the island in the last few years and rented several houses. This is, by far, the most practical, modern, well-located, calm house we‘ve stayed at. The house with two bedrooms is very spacious and airy. The pool is a perfect size and the water temperature is splendid. The air conditioning is pure bliss in summer, but we didn‘t need it much because the house is nice and cool as it is. The modernity of the amenities is a rare thing to find on Elba - the kitchen is super practical and well-equipped! The outdoor warm water shower was great. The location so close to Marina di Campo is unique. We love the beach and town there so it was ideal to be staying a very short drive away. A supermarket is located only a few minutes drive from the house. An adorable cat visits the gardens daily and loves to be held and will happily sleep on your lap. The hosts are discreet and easy-going and reachable per whatsapp. One seating area offers tropical views of a gorgeous hibiskus gigante, a mango tree and a banana tree. We knew right away that we‘d be back at this house in the near future. We look forward to spending time there next summer. Thank you!

Gianni, der Gastgeber ist freundlich, hilfsbereit, tierlieb und jederzeit ansprechbar. Haus ist gut gelegen im Wohngebiet, Supermarkt in der Nähe, Haus modern und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Pool ist sehr schön. Wir haben viel Zeit am Pool verbracht. Das Highlight unserer Teenager waren die e_Bikes. Damit sind die zum Strand geradelt. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und Elba ist traumhaft!

Ein wirklich tolles Haus, was keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :) Lediglich stimmen die Fotos nicht mit der Beschreibung überein - es sind z. Bsp. 2 Einzelbetten abgebildet, die es aber gar nicht gibt. Fände ich super, wenn das aktualisiert werden würde.

Einfach toll .. gerne und bestimmt wieder!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in LaCellular. Und waren wie beim ersten Mal vollkommen zufrieden und begeistert. Es fehlt an nichts, die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen ist der Hähnchenbrater in der Nachbarschaft, der seinen Wagen zu allen möglichen Zeiten (sehr früh oder sehr spät) herrichtet und sauber macht. Muss man halt das Fenster schließen … dann geht‘s. Auf bald…

4 - 18 Nov., 2 Ehepaare Sehr schönes, neuwertiges Anwesen mit Pool und grossem Garten, Alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Lage 5 min Auto, 20 min zu Fuss ins Städtchen. Haushälfte, sehr privat. Auf 2 Etagen jeweils, Schlafzimmer mit Bad und Wohngelegenheit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr geschmackvoll. An Ausstattung fehlt nichts- Küchenutensilien, Haushaltsgeräte, Sonnenschirm für den Strand und sogar zwei E-Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist toll, um schnell Marina di Campo Zentrum oder um umliegende Buchten und Strände zu erkunden. Giovanni war hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar (obwohl wir wirklich nichts zu beanstanden hatten).

Ein Traum!

Die Unterkunft ist ein Paradies auf Erden! Die Gartenanlage hat unsere Herzen erobert und lies keine Wünsche offen. Der Gastgeber Gianni ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns bereits früher einchecken lassen. Das Haus war sauber und die Ausstattung der Küche enthielt alles was man brauchte um zu kochen. Wir würden immer wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen. Danke Gianni für diese schönen tage die wir in deinem Häuschen verbringen durften!

Modernes Haus mit großem Garten

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt weitestgehend genossen. Das Haus ist modern und gut eingerichtet, der Garten schön angelegt und groß und der Pool für eine kleine Erfrischung ausreichend. Unser erster Eindruck war: Erholung und Ruhe pur! Leider gab es aber fast jeden Tag irgendeine Störung in der Nachbarschaft: im Garten wurde etwas verbrannt und wir saßen im Qualm, der Wagen der Nachbarn (Hühner-Braterei) wurde gereinigt und neu bestückt oder es gab Geräusche von irgendwelchen Bauarbeiten (Schleifen, Motorengeräusche, etc.). Das hat unser Urlaubserlebnis geschmälert. Auch war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber etwas mühsam, da sie zum einen nur über die Plattform von Fe-Wo.de lief (andere Häuser nutzen SMS oder WhatsApp) und nicht proaktiv war. Bei Ankunft gab es keine offizielle Übergabe und damit auch keine Informationen zum Haus, W-Lan, Müll-Entsorgung, etc., wie wir es von anderen Gastgebern gewohnt sind. Wir haben dann die entsprechenden Fragen gestellt, die dann auch beantwortet wurden. Bspw. gab es keinen Toaster, der dann aber 2 Tage nach Anfrage gebracht wurde. Auch stand bei Ankunft noch der Müll vom Vorgängern vor dem Haus und war nicht entleert und der Kühlschrank war schimmelig und voll Wasser vom abgetauten Gefrierfach. Es ist schade, wenn man direkt zu Beginn mit solchen Dingen konfrontiert wird. Wir empfehlen deshalb, dass der Gastgeber in Zukunft stärker auf diese Punkte achtet. Unabhängig davon haben wir uns im Haus und auf dem Grundstück wohlgefühlt.

Wunderbarer Ort für erholsame Ferien

Das Haus ist neu und sehr schön und komfortabel mit Klimaanlage und sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt, sehr grün und ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit dort als Familie, die Kinder hatten große Freude am Pool. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, um die ganze Insel zu erkunden. In der Nähe sind viele tolle Sandstrände.
