The Villetta Le Palme, ideal for 6 guests, is located a little outside of Marina di Campo, in a raised position with an enchanting view over the sea of the Campo Gulf. The sea and beach is about 800 meters and the vivid city center about 900 meters far away ... both reachable with a pleasant walk of a few minutes.



The Villetta offers private parking on the property and is very easy to reach. It is surrounded by a well-kept garden and outdoor terraces equipped with garden furniture and a large masonry barbecue ... all what is needed for pleasant outdoor dinners based on fresh fish or grilled meat.



Inside it offers its guests a large living room with seating area, fireplace and dining area. The large eat-in kitchen is well equipped with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher ... The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one with bathroom with shower, a small bedroom with a double pull-out bed and a second bathroom with shower.



The Villetta is furnished with care and offers additional comforts such as air conditioning, free WiFi, washing machine, TV.



It is ideal for one or two families, or a group of friends looking for an independent villa on the Island of Elba, near the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Campo and the town center with its bars, restaurants, shops and boutiques to spend an unforgettable holiday.

All the other beautiful beaches in the area can be reached in a few minutes by car: Seccheto 8 km, Fetovaia 10 km, Procchio 5 km and Portoferraio (ferry arrivals) 15 km.



The Villetta is located in a quiet, green area, a little out of Marina di Campo. The beach and the city center can be reached by a few minutes walk. The location is also ideal to easily discover all the other beaches and places to visit on the Island of Elba.



Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, the garden and all outdoor spaces.
