Everyone I met working at the hotel was wonderful, friendly and so helpful. The room was great and the bar and restaurant on the 6th floor a really lovely space to spend time.

The lower level of the bullring is now a shopping centre, however it seems most people go there for the food quarter which is always very busy. The bullring itself is only is use now and again, but it is a beautiful building.
