A Campobello has just risen on the new residential 'Al Vecchio Pozzo'.
It was created to meet the needs of those who must spend a longer or shorter time away from home on business, for those who like to go 'in country' to vacation, holiday for groups up to 16 people.
It consists of four apartments surrounded by a large and lush garden with orange trees, palms, olive trees but at the same time in the town center, being able to find less than 500meters newsstand, supermarket, bakery, bars, restaurants, bank, post office.
These housing units consist of kitchen, living room with sofa bed and TV corner, comfortable double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Each apartment is rented fully furnished, equipped with dishes and bedding, bath and table linen. Each unit is equipped with air conditioning, LCD TV Freeview, heating. Some apartments have a dishwasher.
In common areas you will find:
Barbecue area (book)
Room (shared).
Relaxation areas and a large furnished terrace accommodate friends together to spend afternoons or invite them to a dinner outdoors.
Rates vary depending on the time and length of stay. Discounts for rentals from September to June for teachers.
