You will find a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. For your convenience, there is also a private barbecue, a baby cot, and an outdoor shower.



Outside, you can enjoy a private garden and a covered terrace with sea view. The villa features a newly built private pool, open from April to October 15th, just 70 meters from the sea. You can use both the pool and the sandy beach, which is easily reachable on foot.



Parking includes 2 shared parking spaces inside the property and additional public parking on the street. Pets are allowed during your stay, while events are not permitted on the property.
