The property offers 3 modern villas close to each other and a private infinity pool as well as a golf practice in the large garden. This configuration is ideal for large families/groups as it offers the possibility to stay and eat all together while keeping a good level of privacy. It is also the ideal location to organize private events/ceremonies (requires previous arrangement) or hire a private chef to taste the Sicilian specialties or enjoy a wine tasting directly at home!
Each villa is completely independent and offer ree HIGH SPEED Wi-Fi.
The land surrounding the villas is well maintained with olive trees and also a pond with fishes and turtles. The owner is very respectful of the environment and uses very little or no chemical on the property and for the pool.

VILLA BY THE POOL:

- 1 triple/quadruple bedroom (bunk bed);

- 1 extra toilet;
- small indoor living room with sofa;
- large dining/living area with fully equipped kitchen in the terrace with sea view; here you have your meals all together.

EACH OF THE 2 VILLAS ON THE SMALL HILL:
- 1 matrimonial bedroom (ground floor);
- 1 matrimonial bedroom (half-basement floor);
- 1 twin bedroom (half-basement floor);
- 2 full bathrooms (one in the ground floor and one in the half-basement floor);
- indoor living room;
- dining/living area with fully equipped kitchen on the terrace with amazing Sea view;
- mezzanine which can be either used by those who need to have a separate corner for work purposes or as a bedroom, if you need extra sleeping room.

Each villa is completely furnished in a modern style, all bedrooms are air conditioned. A barbecue is also available at only few steps from the villas.
Each villa has its own private front garden and outside space surrounding it, there is a private parking too.

All golf equipment is provided and guests are free to play whenever they want, for free!
The private infinity swimming pool with sea view will be for your exclusive use. There are no other houses accessing the pool.
The pool is generally available from mid-April until mid-October (may vary of some days depending on weather conditions). Please ask or check the house rules for more info.

IMPORTANT
You are welcome to consider this location as a venue for private ceremonies or private parties, however any event/party (especially weddings or other events which will involve also external guests) must be previously authorized and may require, depending on specific circumstances, the payment of an additional charge.
