  • A stunning villa located within a residential complex 200 metres from the beach and 10 minutes from Cefalù.
    We are in a beautiful, well-maintained residential complex surrounded by greenery and just a few metres from the beach, which is easily accessible on foot—even with very young children.
    The apartment is equipped with all amenities included in the price: air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, refrigerator, fully equipped kitchen with oven, drying rack, ironing board and iron, and hair dryer.
    The villa is located in Piana Calzata in Campofelice di Roccella, a beautiful residential area surrounded by greenery, overlooking the sea, and just a 10-minute drive from Cefalù.
    It also boasts an excellent location—ideal for its proximity to the sea and strategic for exploring the beauty and history of Sicily. In fact, just 4 km away, you can access the highway interchange that will quickly take you to other equally beautiful and interesting destinations in Sicily. From Cefalù, you can also take a hydrofoil service to and from the smaller islands to round out your holiday in Sicily.

Gut ausgestattetes Domizil

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Oktober (gute Reisezeit, da nicht mehr zu heiß), die FeWo war groß und gut ausgestattet. Zu schönen, begehbaren Stränden braucht man ein Auto. Check-In probemlos, Guiseppe ist ein guter Gastgeber. Kann man gut weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Ferienanlage

Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr gepflegten Ferienanlage. Wir hatten die Erdgeschoss Wohnung. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat sich um unsere Anliegen sofort gekümmert. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach Palermo, Cefalu oder ins Innland. Zum Flughafen braucht man ca. 1Std 45Min. Den Pool und den Strand konnten wir noch nicht nutzen,, da wir im April dort waren. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicherlich wieder mal dort Urlaub machen.
