"Except for the door hanging hook for towel that I reported 3 times and was never fixed until we left the hotel, everything else were fine and enjoyable. The food offered in the restaurants were great, the staff were courteous, and the location was perfect."

"Outdated room and hallways, it resembles a cruise line room and not a four star hotel. The reception staff was not welcoming. No greeting, Manuela just asked for our passports and city fees. The bed was comfortable but the room had a strong odor of carpet cleaner. Only two electrical outlets available and the list can go on. After the initial review for check-in by Expedia, we were offered an upgrade at 6:18pm the following day. When I asked why, Alex said in a harsh and loud tone in the lobby “didn’t you complain? That’s why.” Totally out of line and inappropriate behavior by the hotel staff. When leaving the last day as we were returning our key a young woman ask “was everything okay?” Obviously, they had no interest in the feedback given. The employees need to be trained in quality customer service if they want to keep customers coming back. Personally and based on my experience, we won’t be returning. "

"We were disappointed in the fact that they wouldn't allow us to bring wine glasses to the room. We were told we had to get them from room service. Room service said the charge would be $15 for empty glasses. That's ridiculous. At least say there's a corkage fee or something. Needless to say, we used the water glasses in the room. We travel a lot and have Never encountered this including at much less expensive hotels. This is not good hospitality. For that reason, we won't recommend this hotel to anyone nor would we stay there again."
