My friends, an 80 years old lady using a cane travels with me. When we got to the hotel, I asked her to go inside and asked for a bellman to help with our bags. As I was helping her with her bag too. The hotel does not has bell service. The young man at the front desk said he would make an exception and help. When he came out, instead of helping he just pointed to some push carts and said we can use those. It would have only took him 30 seconds to take the bags up the steps but he didn’t want to be bothered. When I got to the front desk with much effort, he was not busy at all. I couldn’t believe the degree of bad service!
