The price was good but the pool is right under the Lisbon airport flight path so dont expect to relax there. Every single electronic piece of equipment in the gym was broken. The carpets and doors on the ground floor with the gym and pool was beyond tired. The room and the cafeteria were good. Staff very helpful.

This hotel is terrible. The staff is terrible. The manager is super rude. She doesn’t try to help in anyway. The hotel was under construction. It was sooo dusty. They should have noticed us of the construction before we got there. We tried to change our room because the banging was absolutely terrible but Laila (manager) said no. Never ever staying at a Novotel again

Comfortable and modern hotel!

Very clean and modern hotel, perfect for our stop over. They even gifted a small plush toy to my son! I like the comfort of the bed too. Front desk people were nice.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The room for a family of 4 was a bed and a pull out sofa and the mattress on the pull out was very hard and uncomfortable.

Most of the ratings for this hotel are excellent. One annoying incident is that there were barking dogs in the opposite building for the entire night. It was hard to sleep at night as they were loud. Hotel staff did not comment much on this topic when complained. However, overall cleanliness was excellent and two thumbs up. Breakfast was really good and restaurant staff is very friendly. Will definitely visit this hotel if they take care of the dogs barking at night.
