Three golf courses are located within an easy drive from the condo, along with local river kayak launches. There's no shortage of hiking trails suitable for all skill levels. Loon, Cannon, and Waterville Valley are all within easy reach for world-class winter recreation. Nearby family-friendly attractions include the Squam Science Center, Polar Caves, Lost River, Whale's Tale Waterpark, and Clark's Trading Post.

We travelled this area to see beautiful fall colors, explore trails and enjoy mountain views and this location fits this goal perfectly. It had more than enough space for our family of four, well equipped kitchen, plenty toys and books for kids. The only one significant con for us was that we were not able to use fireplace. Our plan to enjoy cup of hot cocoa seating next to the fire during the cool autumn evening wasn't realized. Other than that everything was great, instructions are clear and location is quite and close to many beautiful attractions.

A peaceful getaway

The condo was perfect for our family of 6. The kids loved the bunk beds and the view from the patio was gorgeous. Though small, the living area was quite comfortable and the arm chairs were excellent. We appreciated the games and books available. The location was great for getting to Franconia Notch, and the condo amenities were perfect for the family to enjoy. There are multiple pools, some for family swim, others for adults only. Just a few things to note from the listing. There is no AC, so it can get a bit hot in the summer. The fans are helpful and overall we managed just fine. The shared pools and community center are a short drive away and walking would be a bit more challenging. As the listing notes, there is a fee if more than one person will use the amenities at a time. Swimming in the pond is free. We had a great stay. Thank you!

Great, perfect for our needs

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament. The place was great. Clean, had everything we needed, and space was as described. The only thing we didn’t realize is there is no air conditioning and as it’s a tri-level, it gets pretty warm. There are fans provided but I have a child with epilepsy whose seizures are triggered by high temps so this was a challenge for us. I probably didn’t read the description closely enough but this was a huge detail I missed.
